Hi Folks

Here is an FYI for radio operators...

Not much room for mounting radio equipment in my KK Liberty. I found the the only option is to make a bracket that mounts into the little tray located over the radio. It works very well and can be adjusted. Very solid and does not bounce at all... Running APRS system...

Add a master switch, extra lighter adapter, and powerpole buss...

nice work, if is possible put a photography in order to see as you have coupled the RTX in the dashboard

im a radiamateur
also want to put I it, I have bought a yaesu veicolar

Hi Zeta

Here are some photos of the mount. I used aluminum from a local home repair store. I bent up on a bench vice anf used roll pins to hold thing togeater. The final version will be painted. Very solid set-up...

The speaker you have WILL fit behind your ac controls!! And still sounds great that is were mine is.....

I have the 8800 and the face fit in the tray where you put your mount the rest of the unit is under the seat.

Mount? It just fit very snugband then I closed up the panel, done!
