My wife and I have driven diesels for over 27 years, so we have three 5 gallon diesel jugs, but no 5 gallon gasoline jugs. I picked up my Generac GP7000E yesterday to help out when I have a power outage or need to do some personal portable welding. Great US made generator, it started immediately and runs great, but I can't stand the new gasoline jug spouts. It is a good idea to wait 15 minuets to switch over to generator power so you don't screw up your refrigerators, freezers, or AC units by having high pressure in the system. But, taking a half hour to put 5 gallons of gasoline into the tank is stupid. Loading the generator onto the hitch rack only to fill up at the gas station is also stupid. I could design an illegal high flow spout, more like the old spouts, or pour the gas out of the jug with out the spout (what I did). but if there is something I can buy or smuggle home the next time I go to Canada or Mexico, that would be great.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
I was inspired walking through ACE Hardware, solution in Fabrication section.
