My wife is visiting Nashville with the CRD and the rear axle (Trac-lok) has started howling. We have the factory extended warranty, so the repair should not cost more than the $100 deductible. Can anyone suggest a preferred Jeep dealer in the area or one to avoid?

Ended up going to Bob Frensley CJD in Madison, TN. They replaced everything but the LSD (inc a new R&P). Wife is on her way.
