Hey guys, im a member on a few other forums of hobbies i do, and on one of them i found a guy that is really big into cars, whether it be trucks mall crawlers or cvics, he's into it all. He's an important member in a company based out of california, and i asked him if his company would be interested in fabricating bumpers front and rear for our libertys(mentioned 02-07 but im sure he could go 08+ if the demand is high).

Basically he said they're interested. We need to get him pictures of the front end, mounting points, just general pictures and specifics pictures as well as specifications of everything on the front end, and probably the rear end of the liberty too, and also on both generations(02-04 and 05-07).

Mostly they produce parts for race cars in carbon fiber, but they do dabble in steel and aluminum as well so they could make us something that would fit our price range if it was possible for them.

I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to specs and what the front bumper area looks naked, but i know MANY of you guys are.

PM me for his email info if you want and post up if you have pictures or anything that would be remotely helpful. Maybe a drawn up image of what we would think works best/looks best that isnt identical to the ARB design already established.

I'm going to link him to this topic/forum so he can check everything out, but i want to collaborate it all to make it easier for all of us and hopefully bring a new company into the liberty market.

Have no mesure to give you but for me nothing compare to the Sundance Custom bumper, this one is a real beauty , I prefer convertible winch bumper to concept like ARB integrate winch bumper, Rock Lizard is already working a "Budget" version call the "Monitor". Fit a bit closer to the front end ,giving a OEM look and a better angle of attack. (Without the winch extension) Need a new idea? what about a convertible winch REAR bumper, strange idea you think?

I was thinking they should make something more along the lines of rock lizards, not necessarily the design, but a big bumper meant to take abuse that has some tow points but no place to mount a winch on it. 90 percent of us never wheel alone so i dont really think that i'll ever need a winch :2cents:

He's going sign up here and hopefully chime in, so if anyone has any questions or info, post up here and i can forward it to him or he can see it on here.

bumping this. I thought you guys would be interested in this considering ALL of you complain about ARB's prices, and also complain about the lack of variety. Just got another email from Jarrod, and he said they would be able to make something for us, but we need interest! It would be around half the price of other bumpers, but he needs someone to send a front bumper, one for 01-04 and one for 05-06 and they would also need a test vehicle.

They are located in california, specifically im still unsure but i asked and am awaiting an answer and if we could find a few people that would be willing to let them test fit/design using their liberty with a stock bumper they would be able to take this off the ground.

BUT WE NEED INTEREST! :juggle:

I have always been a fan of tube bumpers on a jeep. What measurements do you need? Honestly I wish I could afford a bumper but even at half the price of arb thats hard to justify. Hence why ill probably trim and go with TJ bumpers for my KJ.

I think now they are just looking for someone to bring in libertys to gather their own measurements and such. If they could get ANY affordable bumper going i would be super excited. They have been very helpful and willing to work with us, we just need to build some interest and help them out as best as possible!
