Since life interfered once again, and I'm unable to get my 'Boiler' roof rack as planned,
and I'd already purchased the lights, I decided to put my fabrication skills to the test.

Thanks to Kugellager for giving my the idea for mounting, and to Boiler for the wiring.

The bar is constructed from 2 X 1 inch 14 gauge tubing, with welded 1/4 inch cap plates.
The cap plates were drilled and tapped for 1/4 X 20 bolts to make installation easier,
and also allowing me to return the KJ to stock by simply removing 4 bolts, and pulling
the wiring.

The side brackets 3/16th steel plate custom cut by yours truly. :pepper: :pepper: :pepper: :pepper:

Obviously, the first things to go will be the ugly "smiley face" light covers. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I'll be finishing the test fittings tonight, then break everything down for paint.

Tomorrow, I figure out the routing of the wiring, and with luck, have operational lights before Monday.

.... yeah..... couldn't hang with the smiley faces, so a little rattle can black paint will do the trick
until I can get some better covers.

I guess I should have taken photos of the wiring and mounting........ :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Now..... waiting patiently for darkness ...... the lights must be properly aimed.....
