Got my KK to Moab to start to cure lack-of-offroad-itis which had set in while my KK was unused for so long during bumper development.

changed my steering rack.

performed first aid with super glue on my hand because the KK was a biotch.

went to the dealership... parents are getting a 2011 White Liberty.

took it for its first test drive with the new steering rack to go look at a dedicated trail rig. I will be picking up a cheap 93 XJ tomorrow when the bank opens. :twisted:

current mods on the XJ are 4.5" Rustys lift, 33x12.5 Maxxis Bighorns on Soft 8s, Rustys, custom front bumper, 10k champion winch and ugly paint. plans are to make a custom snorkel, throw in some cheapo lunch box lockers and wheel the snot out of it til it breaks.

installed trailer hitch what a pain in the but the bolts were, I didn't realize how rusty those threads have gotten over the past 2 years the bolts were a real pain in the butt to thread inn - Draw Tite Hitch

I ran into a similar problem when installing the Mopar hitch, except the bolt holes were rusted out. I had to tap them all out to get the bolts to thread in properly.
