Looks fantastic. Good on you for taking the prep, painting, and assembly by yourself.

thanks for all the compliments! i'll pass them to the jeep. He loves them. haha

this was my 4 hour long project today. it SUCKED to do.. but i think the end product is worth it! i stole the large holes idea from tommudd, the 4 holes per handle idea from fulltimer, but the .45acp in the holes was alllll my doing

The .45s look sick. What a great KJ. Magazine worthy for sure.

You need to replace all the studs on your flares with the .45 caps to match the handles :grim: and if your up to it set your wheels up as fake beadlocks with .45 caps for the bead bolts

thought about doing the flares too... but that would be very difficult to make look 'right' and you would need a BIG round haha. i dont want to over do the bullet thing.. thought just a few in the handles would look cool. cant go anywhere without people taking pictures and commenting. never thought my KJ would get more attention then the 32 ford :(

would it be to rice to suggest...

popping the primers out of the shell casings and wiring in small LEDs that light up when the dome light turns on? could be a really interesting effect at night.
