If the problem only occurs when you first crank up after being parked overnight or for an 8 hr. workday (ex. backing out of the driveway at home or the parking spot at work) my first thought would be a bad filter valve letting the fluid drain out of the TC or low fluid or both. If it's the valve when you first crank up; shift into neutral (no fluid is pumped in Park) and bring the engine RPM up to like 1,500 for maybe 15 seconds. If that makes the problem go away then you likely have a filter valve problem. Of course check the fluid level and I assume you did use ATF+4 for the fluid change.
I've had the drain back problem for a while (while fix the filter in a bit when I do the 1st tranny service) but have no problem if I do the shift into neutral trick. Before doing that either the CRD wouldn't move at all or if it did the tranny would either be kind of clanky for the first little bit or I'd only get 100' at which point there would be a really "hard" stall usually with no MIL.
