Hey guys- I used a circuit tester and checked all of the fuses in the Junction Block (interior drivers side) and the Power Distribution Center (engine compartment) with the Jeep running. There were 7 10a (#'s 4,5,7,9,26,27,29) fuses that gave no readings at all in the JB, and the 15a (#28) fuse in the PDC that was labeled starter relay. All other blade type fuses tested ok. I visually inspected and tested with a circuit tester all of the cartridge type fuses in the PDC as well and all tested ok. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated
UPDATE: Found a blog post
