Got offered a nice set of Cobra R 18x9 wheels. Just curious if they will fit with as close to stock height tires. Its mainly a black top Jeep.

You could possibly make the 18 inch wheel work but the 9 inches wide is not going to work, way too wide
when you would try and turn its going to hit everywhere

They may fit but can you turn and flex?
I know what 8 inch rims do and I've had to bumpstop the heck out of mine to not tear flares off
Lets see the pics

LOL! Nothing like turf tires.

I goofed up on the tire size earlier they are 255/55r18 (29.1" tall and a little over 10" wide) I'm sure these 255/55r18 will rub in extreme flex. But if I offroad ever I'll just put the stock wheel/tire combo back on. They just touch where the body seem sticks out when I turn. No worse than the stock wheels and other tires did.

Still haven't stole the camera from my wife to get a pic. I'm building a R/T version street/strip CRD Jeep. Kinda basing my build off the Grand Cherokee SRT8.

how much "trouble" are you really having with the 9" width on your KJ?
i'm thinking of going 17x9. any diversions not to go that wide?
