Fellas,
I'm in the process of buying something bigger for the fam and the long car rides.
Would rather sell to someone on here then try to haggle with the rubes at the dealership.
It's a 2006 SPORT. Garage kept, neoprene seat covers, SEGR, Provent, High end Brakes, All J rear shelf, Skid Row Engine and Fuel Tank skids, Husky liners throughout. It's Dark Khaki with the taupe interior. Pic is in the Sig. More then happy to email pics to interested buyers. Asking for $11,000. Has only 88, 3000 on the odometer.
New trans with remainder of 75,000 mile warranty, new tq converter. New Serpintine belt with all the tensioners, pulleys, etc. New Alternator.
I'm anal with the service so it's always had Mobil 1 5w-40 at 6,250 mile intervals as well as with all the fluids changed according to manual.
I am in NJ.

Good price for a well maintained CRD by a fellow Lost member. So are you going to get another diesel?

I wish. That's the problem, an suv with 4x4 capabilities and a diesel.
I can't afford the benz or audi.
The new durango seems nice, but we're shopping. Now if only they put the cummins in that thing.

Any interest in selling the rear storage rack or seat covers separately?

Yeah, if you dont have any takers on here, you could sell off a few parts and make more money then just trading it in. It looks nice (a lot like mine :) ), if I didn't have one I'd buy it!

Benz, VW, Audi and BMW produce diesel SUV but the cheaper one (Touareg) start at $47,000! What americain car/truck maker have to offer on there side? NONE! They sell full size 3/4 tons diesel pick up and if your not happy buy hight priced Euro crap...Shame on them! :grim:

Consider a used Ford Excursion with the diesel. There seem to be quite a few out there with low mileage and the owners I've met all were happy with them.

X2, that would be my choice if/when I need more space.

Wouldn't be a bad option. End of the day though I need something that will fit in my garage as that's the only parking available.

New L.O.S.T. member here, 2nd post.

Anyone looking to buy an Excursion with a diesel, I STRONGLY suggest that you only consider the 7.3 Liter 2000-2003 editions. The 6.0 Liter engine is junk and it'll spend a tremendous amount of time in the garage, either yours or your mechanics.

I work in the diesel industry. There is a running tagline I use often that "6.0 Liters are good for business!" I would hate to see this be anyone's fate. FWIW

YES! Been busy, sorry for the delays.
Anyone can email me - jamesrmajor@gmail.com
I know the storage rack will have to ship freight, that's how they shipped it to me. Email me your zip and I can estimate shipping.
Same goes for anyone interested in the skid row skid plates.
