if the problem was just limited to Jeeps it would be a different issue.
most Chrysler auto have this problem at some point in there lives.
I find just putting the auto in neutral instead of R or N first while fastening my seatbelt is enough time to refill the converter.
not on that but it get fluid moving in the tranny before a load is applied. sure my 'solution' is a compromise. the best would be the have the tranny pump running while in park.
