What have you done to your KK lately

Came home to the KK and XJ after them sitting for 135 days. The KKs battery was dead and the XJ started right up.

Had to replace the battery on the KK. Washed it. Replaced the clockspring. Changed the rear diff fluid. Got an alignment. Repainted the sliders and cross bars. Looked at buyin a few new goodies once I get settled into my new house this weekend. :twisted:

Installed OME 927s + Bilsteins + 3/8" top plate. The rear remains daystar till January. Also used my daystar top mounts.
Sits at 22" right and 21.5" left.

Washed the Liberty. Its lookin pretty good but really needs to be vacuumed.

Put 237 miles on mine today for work. Should get about 340 miles to the tank. Made my fishing rod racks to hang over head when I go fishing. Also needs a vacuum

Put some off-road lights on the grill also changed oil and about to change spark plugs.

Upload it to a site like photobucket and copy the image url. Then use the img brackets and place the url between them. There are full instructions in the faq section

Replaced the passenger side fog lamp bulb. It's been dead for a few weeks. Can't believe all the crap I had to disassemble just to replace a bulb!

Working in this industry....

Vehicles are made to be easy to assemble.
And a ***** to disassemble. Even if I screw something up on assembly, it's twice as hard to make it right in the little 47 second window I have.

I just got a bar behind the grill and lights bolted to it I'll put a pic of how I did it.

Installed jet stage 2 chip and magnaflo muffler. Definitely better throttle response now.

It wasn't really all that bad. A hose clamp, pulling out the airbox, a PIA clip, and bam, access to the fog lamp.

Pulling off the grille would have been more of a challenge. I'd rather just take out everything behind it.

Then again, I am an autoworker. What's easy for me, might not be easy for you guys. :lol:

Took a wire brush to the rusted spots on the undercarriage then sprayed with rust reformer and undercoating.
