I just ran my 2006 CRD Sport through the paces on Nada's site and even though I click CRD, at the end it comes up with the V6 and no mention of the diesel.

My clean 2006 Sport comes out about 13,000 retail.

Anybody else run into this issue when pricing out?

Thanks,
WWV

Can you elaborate on $92 $170 $231 :?:

Logic says to add two zeros for $9200 trade in sounds about "Normal"
but $17,000 private and $23,100
Are very high.
Anyone want my clean 06 limited 48,000 miles for a low $17,000 :ROTFL:

Probably extra value added in whole $s for trade in, wholesale, and retail

I find them on auto trader listed for 17k to 18k all day long. Locally, here in Utah, I'm finding them at about 13k. I was thinking that I would throw it out for $15,900 and take 15.

Anyways, it's been great little beast and have virtually no issues with it. Time to downsize for us.

Thanks,
WWV

Not sure blue book is good for finding value of CRD. Expect it to sell $4k more than good gasser maybe more if in prime condition. I think these will stop at around $8k in value, then go up. I know mine cost at least $7k more new than similar gasser version with all rebates they offered.

I ran mine through KBB a couple of weeks ago and came up with about the same price, but as was mentioned before, they are worth more on the market. I know what mine was 'worth' when we bought it and the dealer had it marked up waaaay too much . . . we knew what we wanted and what we were getting, too.

Just know this: if you traded and BARELY managed to get 10k @ a dealer, he'd have it on the lot @ 15k before the paperwork was finished - and he would likely get it, too.

That being said, mark it up a few thou and see what you can get.

Good luck.
