What have you done to your KK lately

what were you doing when it happened Digger?

Engine oil, plugs, air filter, and trans oil. I just found out about not being able to easily check the trans oil... Not too happy with that one.

Driving through a deep gutter. After looking at the pieces, I think it may have been damaged for some time. The casting also looks shall I say "funny"

gotcha... well glad you are fine and it didn't happen on the expressway or something. Its a possibility that the shock was not made correctly. Seen it before.

I just dropped off my truck to the shop... wont get it back until Thursday

Removed console and fixed gunked up tow/haul button. Sprayed the crap out of it and swore at it so it works good now!

Leveled front end to 4.5"... CHECK
4.56 gears front and rear.... CHECK
ARB lockers front and rear... CHECK
ARB Compressor installed.... CHE.... well i got it all installed and hooked up correctly and turns out ARB let a bad batch go and I got one, so I am no waiting on a new compressor but everything is pretty much ready to rock

That sucks about the compressor. The wait to get a replacement would kill me. No pics?

got the truck bad today... doing good... gotta sort of a few things and get the new ARB compressor and I will be ready to rock. New Drive shafts I believe will be a solution to the issues I am having

whats your issue?

i had the factory diff yoke changed from the flanged to a u-joint yoke. then at the tcase i used an adapter from tom woods like digger used on his. i had a normal driveshaft made instead of a double cardan like digger because i had vibs and the pinion angle on the kk is not adjustable.

dunno if i ever posted this pic. this is what happens when you stuff 32s without bump stops in the rear. i got stuck because this tire refused to turn in the wheel well. :lol:

and this is with a 3" zone offroad bump stop in the rear

not bad articulation for a liberty, still wasnt on the front bump stop though.

Since I was last here, I've installed the Daystar 2 inch lift, 245/75/16 Falken Wildpeak AT, front and rear tow bars.

Next up are Skid Plates and I'll be ready

Did they get all of the bolts tight on the front diff?
