Hi,

Im working on my grille and didnt want to go with the standard gutter gaurd look.
I really like the round perforated metal like this http://www.amazon.com/Carbon-Perforated ... B003DKJQ1S
Anyone know of local stores that carry this? Cant find anything on Lowes or Home Depots web sites

Menards has some 3 foot long panels that you cover the gutters with. It has round holes in it, its pretty heavy plastic that would work good I think. If you need pics I can maybe climb up on my roof and take some

I use this stuff all the time at work a little heavier it think and sometimes with bigger holes will get you some pics monday can probably get you some drop for shipping cost. Just let me know how much you might need and i will see what i can do for you might even be able to have it cut on the router for alittle extra.

I currently have the standard mill finish gutter guard mesh in the openings of my grille . I was a gutter installer for seven years; and I used some leftovers that I still had around. It looks great in my opinion. I now work for the US Postal Service, at a mail processing facility. I often see a catalog for a metal supply company that specializes in different profiles of metal mesh, grates, etc.... Some of the patterns this company has are "WOW! That's different!" patterns. I know that the company has their web-site address on the back of their catalog because I've been meaning to check it out for myself. The next time I see this catalog I'll try to remember to write down the web address.

Believe it or not, I was in a Michael's craft store and they have a similar item in black mesh. I think AC Moore has the same thing depending on which store is nearest. The holes are smaller and it's softer/more maleable. More like window screen type but heavier. It comes in a roll/tube and its used for making armatures/sculpture support, that sort of thing. It's in the paint/sculpture section. they actually have black, chrome and I believe a goldish color. About $15 a roll depending on color. I was playing with an open package once and it looks like it's really easy to mold to any shape. Looks like one package would do an entire grill.

Here are similar (but not exactly the same) items at Moore's:
