I was changing my driveshaft cv out and was placing the transfer case in n and a noise was made...
I got the driveshaft out and drove it a little and now I have an issue.
T-case is in 2wd but the part time light is on.
How can I fix this, and am I really in part time?
Will I mess anything up or am I okay to drive her?
Once again, the intermediate (front) driveshaft is off.

Did you check the linkage?

Okay kinda getting worried now that no one has responded and I have driven 100 miles with it like it is.
I have the shifter in 2wd taped down, so it can't be pulled, yet it still has the Part-Time indicator light, lit up.
Also to make things worse, I got under the jeep after driving ~25 miles from the fiances house and it was hot as hell under the transfer case and t-case skid.
Is this normal?

Reallly needing some help here.

Thanks.

Is the heat from the transfer case or the catalytic converter?

not sure...
my main question is that I am in 2wd but it says i am in part time and I want to make sure i am not going down the road with the t-case in 4wd, even though it is not attached b/c replacing the cv

I don't think it's going to cause you any issues if the front driveshaft is out. Once you put it back in, it should be very apparent if the 4wd is actually on when the light says it is. If you are on dry pavement and turn, you'll feel some awful binding- NOT good to do, but that's one way to find out.

Does your 4wd selector handle have any tension in it when u pull up? If it doesn't, that means your linkage probably slipped off the selector pin on the t-case. You can crawl under there and slip it back on if it's not broken, or just grab the pin and move it by hand to get back in 2wd.

I think I've read on here that some people's sensors went crazy and the lights read opposite for a while, I think they corrected themselves after a while though.
