Just installed my ECO tuned ECU this morning. Took the Libby out for a test drive. Day and night difference. You can feel the difference in power/torque right off the bat. Next step is to clean the MAP sensor, and I'm sure I'll feel even more of a difference after that. I'm sure I'll also see long term savings with fuel costs and maintenance.

You will not see to much of a difference. It is a thermistor, or a temperature sensor. You will only get psychological warm and fuzzy feeling of 100 ft lbs of extra torque.
