Build a custom bracket and tie those into whatever your replacing the plastic bumper with. Or cut the original mounts out of the bumper and use the one bolt to hold them on. The second method is the easiest but definitely a little ghetto.

What are you working on if you don't mind me asking?

08 kk, I have my bumpers, which I will have to modify to fit as they're built for a toyota FJ.
