Can someone tell me the difference in wheeling with an ESP vehicle and a non-ESP vehicle? I am thinking about getting a 2005 Diesel but the pickings are meager for a nice limited and wanted to expand my search. Is the ESP a pain? Can it be disabled? Thanks!

ESP is automatically disabled in 4 low. It can also be manually turned off. Traction control is still enabled and works very well offroad.

i wired in a switch specifically to turn that crap off. the BLD made things worse as it never let me carry speed going into mud/steep hills or loose sand. it was beneficial on hardpack and rocks though.
