Thank you all who took time to post in here. I just really didn't want to do the lift and have to go back and fix it if it were wrong.

BUT  ..........that's part of the fun,
heck I've had my whole suspension out 3 times in one day trying new things , adding/ subtracting/ refining / trying new things that some said would never work.
But it was all fun in the end :pepper:  :pepper:

I'm a mechanic by trade so I work on trucks all week. I don't always feel like wrenching on the weekends but its the only time I have.

I ended up doing it this morning. I did about 3/8" and I did it without the conduits. After I put the conduits on and seen it kinda looked Jerry rigged I just measured it out and tightened it down. Every thing went really well, now I just have to get it aligned.

I used to wrench in a dealership 8 hours a day,
then from 6 -10 PM had my own shop open working on some friends and flipping cars/trucks
I got tired of doing it in the dealership and the BS that goes along with but always enjoyed doing it in the evenings etc . That was my enjoyment time, work on my own, at my own pace, no hassles.
So even if I was still doing it, I'd have to be doing something in the evenings for relaxation
But then things are different than it was back in the 70s

Can't get one leg in them anymore, nor can I wear any of my collection of shirts

No when I had it on the lift the vehicle shifted and I heard a pop noise. So I lowered in back down and re checked where I had the lift feet. I lifted it back up and no problems. So I didn't think anything of it. Well I go to grab my smokes our of the jeep last night and I noticed the floor mat was sticking up a little bit. I pulled it out and touched the floor board, realized it is raised about an inch on like the left half of the floor board. So now I have to do some investigating so see how I fix this.

Yeah tell me about it! I will have to pull the carpet out and try the BFH route or use a slide hammer from the bottom.
