I am hunting for a damaged unrepairable 2.8L CRD block all I really want on it are the head studs if they aren't in to bad a shape. I am willing to negotiate any price that isn't to over the top.

This head is attached with TTY head bolts, not studs......

I'm not sure TTY bolts can be reused but geordi may have a set with virtually no miles on them (used like 5 minutes before the bottom of his engine self destructed)

Although 'they' say you cannot, I confess that I have, with gas engines, and have had good results. I have not with diesels, as the compression and chamber pressures are much higher, and I usually use ARP studs when redoing HGs. That said, I have a supply of bolts. If you want em, PM me.

They are strictky one shot. Have you ever put a cylinder head on something like a VW 1600cc diesel and gone through the tightening process :?:

I think there has been some miss interpretation of what I want. I want a damaged CRD block with the TTY bolts nothing else. I do not want just the bolts and I will not be reusing either of these items in a vehicle.

So, no sleeves, no crank or bearings, no pistons, no accessories or any head components, just the bare CI block and the bolts?

Correct all I want is the block and stud/bolts and really don't need them just prefer to have them.
