This means on top or below the steering knuckle? I'm guessing top by the way its worded, on the opposite side of the castle nut.
Also when you say "pay attention to what feature on the flat plate goes forward" how do I know which side is correct? Pardon me being so naive. I should probably look at the original setup first (I installed my lift in November so it's been a while since I've been in there) but I figure it's best to find out answers first before I get to a point during the install and have to wait for answers.
