Not sure how much rain we got, but it poured Saturday night, Sunday morning.

Cleaned out dad's barn Saturday, man the stuff he collected.
I found 4 pcs of 4' x 4' marble in there, not sure what to do with that, sell on CL maybe?
burning old lumber in our redneck fire pit.

So this guy walks out of a public bathroom and passes a lady.
She stops and says
"sir, your garage door is open" .
He looks down and replies "hope you didn't see my harley"
She replied...
"nope, just a minibike with two flat tires"

I miss the days when 5 bucks could get you over 15 gallon of gas ( 1972)
I have 5 bucks laying here, if it was back then I'd go for a nice long midnight cruise to clear my head
But I guess I'll get a 1/2 gallon of milk and a loaf of bread instead ...............................

Won't mention names right here
But Happy 50th Birthday to a blue KK owner who has a Detours front winch mount and a RL roof rack.
But like I said I won't say his name here and let the cat out of the bag on who it is

:goink: :goink: :ROTFL:

Up At Night
==========
I overheard a friend telling his pal, "I can't break my wife of
the habit of staying up until 5 in the morning."

"What is she doing?", the pal asks.

"Waiting for me to get home."

I know someone that just came back from upper Michigan near the UP where the leaves are normally ablaze with color. He said it was the worst it has ever been other than a few tree's here and there in their glory.
I think the snow is going to smack us this year :pepper:

I was told the other day by Lil Bear that "$5 is like a penny now a days Dad, I need at least $20 to do a lil something! While ya have that wallet open a $50 is more like it, then I can have fun!"
I myself never had any luck with just a 5 spot, well maybe at the rolladium :jester: , but I do remember the days when a $20 would fill up the Chevelle, buy food and beer for a Saturday nights worth of fun :pepper:
Edit:  my Chevelle was a 72!

When I was in my early teens I made my dad a deal. If he'd buy me a lawnmower I would cut his grass free until it was paid off. (We didn't get an allowance, but would get paid for chores above and beyond stuff like cleaning our room, which we had to do for the privilege of eating, etc.) I went into business for myself cutting grass for the neighbors and made more than any of the other kids in the neighborhood who had "real" jobs, like Dairy Queen or McDonalds. I got a two-gallon gas can and used to fill that sucker up for 75 cents. :(
