I have an 05 CRD and I currently have the 2.5 inch Daystar spacer lift. I want some more lift. Has anyone used the spacer lift and then the OME springs? I want to know if I can do this and what I will need to purchase as well. Will I need some extra isolators in the rear to make it level? Any information would be awesome.

Won't work you would end up with way over 4 inches of lift ( about 4.5-5 inches which would cause all kinds of issues and be undriveable)
Of course if you want a lawn ornament it'' do for that
OME 790 springs/948 combo with OME shocks, then
Throw the Daystar over the hill

I figured after it settled I would only be about 4 inches of lift.

The OME 790's don't really ever settle.Plus you'll never be able to keep driver side CV's alive let alone assemble the drivers side without destroying that inner CV boot with that much lift on a CRD.

No it would not settle that much,
Trust me some have tried against the advice given here only to end up with a hunk of undriveable junk. PLUS unless you do it right 4 inches is really pushing it with a CRD, you have CV issues/ issue with the coils hitting the UCAs even if you get the JBA replacements
It will not work period

So I should probably just leave the spacers then.

Personally I would of never installed the Daystar in the first place
so my suggestion is to go to the OME 790s and 948s with OME shocks
ride will be way better and last longer than what your suspension is going to now

No I'd put in OME 790's and OME's 948's with all new shocks, you will get more lift then you have now since the stock coils have sagged.

The daystars were on it when I bought it. So I will actually get more lift just by switching springs and ditching the spacers?

More than likely yes you will since KJ springs sag
measure where you are now , middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare

I've been searching for my tape measure high and low and I cannot find it anywhere. I will get a measurement though.

Are Al's A Arms needed for this setup?

If just using the OME springs and shocks then no no "needed" BUT highly suggested since they do allow for a better alignment and have replaceable ball joints so its like anything else , its a great upgrade
Now if you try and use top plates/ clevis lift etc to where you are going higher than just springs then yes I would recommend installing them right away
