Why voltage? I used to watch GPH a lot, but have been using that slot for IAT  . TPS is a fun one for me.
So your goal should be to only fill up one time while on the road each way.

Voltage lets me keep an eye on my alternator, and coolant temp on the engine's cooling system. I guess they are not critical because there are dummy lights on the dash, but it's comforting to make sure the Jeep is staying healthy. For voltage, I have a lot of gizmos that draw electricity to charge or run, including a heated seat kit. The coolant temp was important while climbing mountains and wheeling this summer, and is the main reason why I installed the mechanical cooling fan from the tow package.

Good point about the voltage. I hope you get your KK in tip top shape for the trip.

I love your KK Morgan, and it looks really cool out there! Wish I could get out there some time but it's just a little far for me

Today I hauled some farm equipment and toys around. After work I got to cruise some farm roads and had my Jeep rallying down roads. Always a good time

Also started working on the switch panel wiring and fixing my CB wiring so hopefully I can have that in before the weekend!

Finally adjusted my hood. Without actually driving it, it seems like it should stop it from lifting up and shuddering at highway speeds. Who knows, maybe it'll even improve aerodynamics ever so slightly.

Under the hood there are two knobs you turn in or out according to how you want it adjusted.

Those "knobs" are right by the top of the grille when you open the hood.

Just a heads up:

1) Watch your tailgate clearance with those screws. I had that mount on the other side and the screws on the outside (closest to the end of the taillight) hit my tailgate, took paint off, and started a rust war

2) If you take off your taillight (which is just two bolts and a good pull) you can wire the coax behind it and then go inside through a vent

Looks good though!

Thanks for the warning. That was one thing I was worried about. I selected that specific spot because the gap was large enough that the gate didn't hit. I have about 2mm of clearance there.

I was going to do the coax through the light, but I couldn't figure out how to get it through without taking of the interior paneling, and it was just do darn cold to want to go through all that effort at that point, so I just gorilla taped it in place and strung it through. It works OK, no pinching or leaking, but I plan on doing it properly once spring hits.

I got an oil change and an alignment today. It should be ready for the hunting trip this weekend.

Oh and I met up with DoubleK since she was back on the island for Thanksgiving.
