Anymore thoughts on this guys? There is some little trail on the way to Eagle Rock that looks simple yet fun, a good little warm up trail, maybe something for the significant others that come along that you don't want to wreck your junk. (Don't tell my wife I said that)

I've been checking out
www.traildamage.com, and there is a lot of awesome info, trip reports and pictures to look through.
Here is the lastest trip report and pictures from a group that ran Saran Wrap, then right into Eagle Rock, since they are right next to eachother.

For those guys that are new, or haven't been wheeling on a particular trail, or don't have the armor, big lift/tires, lockers, etc., don't be afraid to attend. Everyone's rigs will be evaluated by those familiar with whatever trails have been chosen, and if the jeep isn't up to the task, riding shotgun isn't that bad. With a smaller group like ours instead of joining up with a big group with a bunch of mall crawlers and kids with stock XJ's that have no business on some of these trails, we should have no problems getting through with enough time to decide to run any trails again or something new. Several of us have capable enough rigs to help get anyone out of trouble. Don't be intimidated by the pictures of these trails just because you have a liberty. Don't take that wrong, because I am in no ways putting down the liberty. I have noticed more liberty owners give their own rigs less credit than even those that don't own liberties. Keep in mind, this isn't just about the trail ride either, we're trying to get this club going, and eating stuff of course.
If anyone wants to consider a different trail, then let's hear it, and we still need to figure out meeting time/place, amount trail time, where/what to eat, etc. I'm sorry if I seem a bit pushy, I'm just dying to hit the trails and hang out, and my junk isn't even near ready for the trails. Also, I'm kind of excited to get this club going, incase it doesn't show, and I don't even own a Liberty.

I just want to be involved in something different than just the usual cherokee and wrangler club. Something that will earn some respect. So, if you are just as excited to get this thing going, speak up and let's do it.
OK, I'll stop promoting and recruiting for now.

Hey, let's get some Colorado Chapter LOST business cards made up.
