I know 33" tires are not recommended on the KK. But I just found a tire size that seems like it might fit. Its 255/85/R16. It's narrower than the 265's but just over an inch taller.
I look at my wheel wells with the 245's and, to me, it just seems like it could fit 2 more inches. What do y'all think of this size on properly offset crager soft 8's with a little extra rear bumpstop?
I know its a long shot, but hey I've dreamed of running 33's.

Short answer = NO
Unless you like to do a lot of cutting / trimming
plus regearing to 4.56s at least to gain any power back at all
Someone else tried it for a while, can't remember who it was right now

I plan on regearing any way. But what would I have to trim?

With only a 4 inch lift , trimming of flares / bumper / liner possibly, etc
Plus you need 6 inches of lift to start with
with 4 inches of lift I'd suggest 265-75-16s and 4.56 gears,
not worth the extra for another 1/2 inch of ground height
