Has anyone tried running offset wheels with spacers? I'm just curious if there's a lot of rub. I get almost 0 with my +4 offset steelies but I wouldn't mind extending that another 1" out.

I'm running the stock wheels with Spidertrax 1.25 inch spacers on all four wheels.

If you are running a 4 inch backspaced wheel now isn't it out to the edge of the flare pretty much? If so another 1.25 inches would cause issues with rubbing when turning and also when flexing any at all , not sure why you would want to do it

Just tossing the idea around. They're like .5" outside the fenders. I just wish they were a little wider. My bumpers and fenders are already trimmed. I was just interested in seeing if anyone was running a similar setup and how much rub they had.

I can tell you that stock wheels plus the 1.25 works fine with the lift.
Even worked fine when I was on stock suspension.
Not sure if that helps you, but it's pretty flush.

I recently noticed rubbing on my 245-70-16 tires. Its only when I have the wheel completely turned to the right. I planned on getting new wheels soon with the Cragar Soft 8's. I was wondering if this would solve the issue.

I know next to nothing about offsets and all that.

What backspacing / width did you go with?
If 4 inches and unlifted you more than likely just moved where it is rubbing at.

Not sure I talked to the rep who I bought the tires from and told him that it was rubbing at full lock. He said the wheels would bring the tire out to the fender and should fix the rubbing issue. I've had the tires for 4k miles and this is the first time I've had it rub.

I'll be sure to make sure they don't rub and if they do I'll just have to get a lift..

More than likely he's thinking sitting them out more will help when in fact it could cause them to rub more but in another area.
Also if they are just starting to rub, your suspension is starting to sag, so causing some rubbing

I don't think my suspension is sagging if so not very noticeable. I measured a month ago and it all checked out. I measured from the center of the wheel to the edge of the fender.

The rubbing is minimal. If it gets worse I might try and fix it or just bite the bullet and lift.

You could always do a small clevis lift to buy you some time...just remember to get an alignment after.
