I have a aluminized exhaust pipe on my passenger side. I used 2 samco 3" couplings on the ends. Just trying to find a local mandrel bender to do the driver side pipe. Tuned in for the results

I would diffidently like one! Would love to get rid of the whole FCV housing since the EGR is blocked off and the FCV plate is gone! :P
Just makes things cleaner.... 8)
Great idea!

Taking out the FCV is easy and costs next to nothing. Here you go:
1. Remove the intake elbow and FCV.
2. With the FCV on a bench disassemble the 4 long bolts that holds it together. Split the two halves and discard everything but the flange part where the boost hose attaches.
3. Purchase 4 small bolts to match the metric threads to the intake elbow.
4. Make a small disk and use original clamp to plug the intake elbow EGR intake.
5. Install the flange of the old FCV to the intake elbow using Heat resistant RTV and new bolts.
6. Reinstall the intake elbow using RTV.
7. Reinstall the original boost hose. (Yes it will reach)

All done. Good luck
