Something looks tweaked. It's all plastic there so a rivet might have gone, or it might have had a small run in with the previous owner. Something stupid in a parking lot that was settled with cash.

I'm thinking something just needs to be pushed in. No obvious signs of damage. Dang previous owner! :banghead:

Time to start researching how to fix this.

First, you're gonna have to grab a beer, then go out to the Jeep and just yank it off. Then sit there looking at it for damage and how to fix it. Then you're gonna have to grab another beer, fix it or decide to do it later, then put it back on and relax for the rest of the day. It's a day long job :jester:

Any idea of a thread that shows how? I'm about to leave for work so I don't have time to look up much right now.

No idea, I think it's all the plastic rivets. Might need to take the plastic in the wheel wells out, or disconnect them. I'll try to do a little digging before work too.

Yeah, I was thinking about the wheel well liner having to be pulled out which would be no big deal. Thanks. I'll be back on tonight of course.

Probably before me. 1 o'clock shift, and apparently there's a party of 50 tonight. Who brings a party of 50 to Outback? :banghead:

I found a bumper removal. Might help a little: viewtopic.php?f=104&t=41683

Where's Digger when you need him?!

The fender flares are held on by plastic clips. A few of mine got loosened when I removed my bumper to put on ATH's Front Recovery System, but I was able to push the flare back on no problem. If the plastic clips are broken, I bet you could find replacements online or at the dealer. There was a thread a long time ago where MtnLuvr went through a big puddle/hole and ripped a front flare off, but he just stuck it back on and kept right on wheeling!

Just got home...
Thanks for the posts, guys.
Before I went to work I took off half the liner (didn't want to get my white shirt dirty). You can easily see all of the plastic pieces that hold them wheel arch on. I'm hoping removing and replacing will fix the problem. Something is definitely slightly off because when staring down at the arch from above I can actually see 2 of the plastic pieces holding it on.
Next time I will have sufficient time and sunshine will be Monday. I hope I can fix this slight imperfection and hopefully not get intimidated by it.
