Personally I am beginning to get fed up... has anyone been in the shop nearly once every month on average for a one year old vehicle for warranty claims only?

1.) Multifunction Switch (2,555 miles, found no problems)
2.) Seat Bracket (replaced)
3.) Sway Bar Bushings (lubricated)
4.) Front Rotors (turned)
5.) Sway Bar Bushings (replaced)
6.) Fog Lights (replaced)
7.) Front Rotors (replaced)
8.) Rear Caliper Siezed (in the shop now)
9.) Multifunction Switch (in the shop now)
10.) Front Doors/Tailgate have rust on them (in the shop now)
11.) And the trans recall...

Mine is about a year old, and I had to lubricate the bushings, too. They were squeeking like crazy. I didn't even take them off, though, I just sprayed them with a little silicon lubricant spray from a can and they shut right up.

We bought our new Renegade around Easter, and it's been in the shop 4 times since then. They replaced the multifunction switch, worked on the brakes (moan, thump and grab), tightened the door glass (was flopping in the wind it was so loose), addressed a skweeking brake pedal, and tried to figure out why the sentry key light keeps coming on with my wifes key. (they say it's losing it's programming) I'm getting tired of visiting the dealership.

If I didnt do everything myself it would be building up.

1. Recall for rear window popping open.
2.Air bag light came on, they didnt care.
3. Air bag light came on, needed new sensor on passenger seat belt.
4. I had front rotors resurfaced. Did that myself, did not take to dealership.
5. Replaced both front balljoints. Did that myself even though its under warranty.
6. Rims are peeling, dealer said NO. Chrysler also said no when I called them while sitting in the parking lot.
7. Lubed sway bar bushings myself. Why would they replace them?

I took my 2002 in right before I traded it in. It had about 67,000 miles on it. It had rust on body seams above the rear window and at the top of the door jam(another seam) on the rear driver side door. Dealer said sorry. A**wipes. Thank god I got rid of it.

The joys of living in the midwest. We have the same problem down at the beach with rust.
