What tool did you use ?

Last time I drained it, the air bleeder plug stripped out and I could not remove it.
(What DC Genius thought a soft aluminum plug is a good idea ?) So I pulled off the upper radiator hose at that point to refill and to let air out.

Geez... that is a strong clamp. I was able to muscle it open with some big pliers, but they keep slipping. And that is probably the clamp with the best access for tools.

I now have gotten a cable hose clamp pliers to use on it -- no way. It won't budge that clamp. It will break first.

Any better way to go about it? What have you used ?
