If you have remote start option, you can switch between Remote Start or Alarm. For some reason, both don't work at the same time.

good i have an extended warranty..... but will expire next year.

Wow.. you must have gotten one built on a Monday morning... :dead:

My 09, 85k miles. One rear driver side autolock device. Other then that, it's been a great ride. Just like the 04 I had and the 02 I still have. And, for the record, the 09 has seen it's share of abuse and I bought it new. :frankie:

At about 40k, I finally figured out how to turn on my fog lights.

My last car had a trick where could make it such that the A/C was off when you had the defrosters on, unless you pushed the A/C button on.
Any trick like that for the KK?

I had a Subaru like that. And it appears my KK is the same way. I can have it on defrost but the A/C light does not turn on. It very well may be activated but there's no light.

sounds like you have a short between your brake light and rear park lights... whenever you depress the brake pedal, the brake lights are obviously energized, which then energizes the rear park lights through the short, which in turn energizes the rest of the park light circuit, and the front park lights.. jump in it at night, and press the brake pedal, and see if your dash lights come on as well... my grandfather had the same problem on his commodore a few years back...

as for the turn signals lighting up, i have no idea why that would be.. maybe a similar short between the brake lights and the rear turn signals?

might be worth pulling the rear light assemblies and checking them thoroughly

Unknown features? How about the "barely any heat on drivers side" feature? Anyone have that installed? I know I do.

I also have that option installed. To remedy this situation, I removed the under dash fiber cover on the drivers side. This lets air circulate a little better to the drivers foot area. Also, I usually turn the heater selector to the 12:30 position - most heat to the foot area and very little to the windshield. I let a little more air to the windshield when it starts to fog/ice up on the outside edges.
From what I understand: It's a Jeep thing.

12:30? Is that the first RED line from the top of the dial?
