Thanks WWDiesel , I have an Hitachi AFH70M49 is the original MAF , I hope the other MAF can work .

right to be happy, I was burned the 4th spark plug and pulled out a P0674, P2120 and P2125, I think because I touched the wires behind the filter holder, but I noticed that, not always, if I hold accelerated to 900 rpm fixed , the engine shake, I think I have a lot of problems all together

Yes, looks like you definitely have some wiring issues? :banghead:

P0674 - Cylinder 4 Glow Plug Circuit
P2120 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "D" Circuit
P2125 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "E" Circuit

Hitachi AFH70M49 is the correct number. It crosses to the other numbers listed.

warming up the engine, pulled the battery, positive and negative, turned the ignition and turned on the headlights, to discharge residual current; disconnect all the connectors on the motor, rail pressure, return valve, camshaft sensor, MAP, MAF, GP module, including connectors on the fuel filter , on the engine control unit and transmission unit, sprayed the spray flux for electrical contacts everywhere, even in the pedal accelerator, checked for damage and put in order the wiring on the engine, also sprayed into the compartment relays and fuses .......... one by one under the hood and in the cockpit, erased all DTCs, there remains only the error for the 4th GP that I measured with the multimeter ........ 73.8 Ohm ..... gone, now look a few days to see if other error codes appear and if the engine runs better , next step , order the MAF , and if it has no noticeable effect, dictate the accelerator pedal because sometimes if I hold the gas at 900 rpm the engine shake , one piece at a time .......... I change everything is always cheaper than going to the dealer :banghead:

I start to worry. turning off the overdrive fades in 3-4-5 and entering the fulltime seems "almost" disappear ....... but with the air conditioner on and the machine stops in the D engine struggles to keep minimum down almost 700 rpm and vibrates the steering wheel

it's my transfercase or the clutch on TC ?

Hello guys, I know now that i have a TC problem , shuddering and a little stall after a stop , the noise I hear is probably the clutch in the TC , is a year and a half that I go on like this , you think that I need a entry rebuild of my Automatic transmission , or you think a new oil pump and new TC can solve my issue ???

thanks Marco

If the transmission fluid color is nice an red and does not smell of burnt oil, then just replacing the TC and front pump along with all new filters and fluid should be ok. If you find a bunch of clutch pieces in the bottom of the pan, you may want to consider going through the whole tranny? :juggle:

I have read in many places that our 545 transmissions are very tough units and are very resilient.
I would strongly recommend installing a Transgo Kit while you have the tranny out for the TC & front pump replacement.
Best of luck and let us know how it all turns out!
:JEEPIN:
Grazie mille!

I had a strange noise coming from the engine that i could only hear while driving.
Thought maybe it was the exhaust because it was coming from the turbo side of the engine.
Turned out to be a broken transmission dipstick tube.
