Intermittently my ABS and Brake light come on (with a ding chime) and the odometer quits. Think it is a speed sensor? Please offer thoughts. Thanks

Yes, any of the speed sensors going out will cause this. You will need to scan it to find out which one is bad.

I've replaced all sensors (front hubs and rear sensor) on my CRD, ABS light still coming on, Tested ABS wiring front to back, still no joy, was thinking about replacing the plug on the rear, it does get a lot of wiggle woggle action.

It is most likely the connection to the sensor on the rear diff. The wires inside of the wiring harness leading to the sensor are broken. It has happened to me.

sure enough, cut off the sensor plug, one wire was easy to bend where the copper part was broken. Just where the plastic cover ends. needs to have a bit of heat shrink tubing to prevent that bending part. I'll rebuild the cable to fix this.
