Ok. So I've had my lift for about a month. Everything is settling in. I know I have bushing issues as it squeaks on the drivers rear. But now on to the clucking sound. I just started hearing it and feeling it on bumps from the passenger rear. I thought it could be the shock bolts but they were still tight. Checked them with torque wrench. I grabbed the top of the tire and rocked it back and forth towards me and got a sound close to what I was hearing while driving. I then jacked up the rear passenger side and grabbed the tire at the 12 and 6 position. Still could hear the clunking. I didn't have anyone to help so I could pinpoint the sound. What do you guys think. I have 82,000 on it.

Your shock bushings did have the metal inserts correct?
Asking because some come without them on some model shocks and have to add the inserts to keep the bolt from eating through the bushing and no amount of tightening would save it

Figured we'd get the obvious out of the way, the other obvious would be spring stacking, did you use extended bump stops or hockey pucks of any sort

And the axles always clunk when unloaded and shouldn't have enough violent shimmy left and right unless your tires were filled with water to get a clunk via the small amount of in and out play c clip axles have

Is it a poppy clunk or a dead blow hammer sort of clunk

Yes my shocks had the metal inserts.

Running hockey pucks for rear bumpstops.

There was no clunking before the lift and directly after lifting. I have about 700 miles on the lift and started hearing the clunking about the last 100 miles or so.

It's more of the popping clunk then dead blow.

Still have your rear sway bar on? Try removing it since you don't need it. See if that works. Otherwise it might be something with the rear boomarang and a bushing.

Third obvious shock body's on the bottom and catching/rubbing at close to full compression that it couldn't compress to till the springs settled, forth ob. Spring rubbing the edge of a puck (mine did this cause some jack leg put a set too close to the spring had to reach in and grind off an edge but the spring was thunking across the edge of the puck)
All other ideas are rotational bushings or pivot bushings, lcas or the uca, more common to be the UCA as the feller above mentioned, jba has an angle adjustment kit, rock auto has replacement bushings then there's just replace the whole sucker.
Many of us had better luck just replacing it
Take a peek up in there see if the uca bushings look cracked , it's been used to hanging out at a completely different angle till the lift, there may also be mud or gravel in those bushings as well if you mud it up. They're open face bushings I've seen pebbles get in der

I checked all the bushing when I was locating the squeak that I had on the Drivers Rear. I thought that was my Extra ISO making the noise but after seeing what some have said here I looked at all my bushings. They are in good condition. Could use some lube. I only hear the squeaking under slow driving.

UJoints have a rotational squeak to them
So if not that then has to be either the lower control arm bushings or the UCA ball joint or bushings. Could be shocks but most times you have a knocking sound with them due to being loose .
If you can get some help, have them put a 4 way on one of the lug nuts on the rear wheel, now with you under it ( parking brake off ) rock it back and forth using the 4 way, get good leverage that way.
Look at all of the bushings , see how they are moving, listen for any strange noises.
