The rear brake line is being affected by corrosion and should eventually be replaced - not urgent, but to be done. The part number is 52128970AB. The problem is, that it has apparently been discontinued! Does anyone know the new part number?

If it's been discontinued by Mopar, then it's gone forever. You could ask your local dealer to try a locater for you to see if any dealers have any old stock. Otherwise, your best bet is to make your own. We've used kits like these a bunch with good success:

Thanks mate. The dealer has (bless his cotton socks) hunted all over the place for one; he even called a friend of his at a dealership in Germany to see if they could source it, but its not the sort of part that anyone ever kept in stock. Apparently, even when it was current, it was a part that would have to be ordered in.

I'll be getting a line made up as I don't have the tools to do it myself.

Thanks again though for the help, I do appreciate it.
