Assuming you were talking to me, it was traded in on my Liberty last May. if I had a do-over I would have sold it on my own - I'm sure I would have gotten more for it than the dealership gave me. On the other hand, I'd have had to figure out how to sell it long-distance since I was visiting my parents in VA at the time. Would have made a nice beat-it-up on the weekend vehicle for someone, though. :(

I bought my 74 bronco when I was 15. Still got her, quite a bit nicer now. Bought the 07 liberty last fall for my wife, can't wait to save up some pennies for some springs!

i had an 87 bronco ii that was pretty awesome, till i broke a telepohone pole down with it, miraculously i was able to get it upright with a tractor and limp it a mile to the house, floorboards were all buckled, axles were bent, and there was like 2 windows left in the thing, it was pretty twisted, rolled over about 6 times in the road at 60ish mph and hit a telepohone pole about 6 feet off the ground while upside down and broke it , not a real good ride

my 2nd one was a super cheyenne that i had done alot of work to, its sunk in a swampish area next to a field, it submerged while trying to get a tractor unstuck

Mine was an 84 Bronco II, 4 speed manual with a nice granny 4 low. That 4 speed was terrible on the highway but boy did it like the mud. Sometimes i wish my libby was a manual. I sure did have fun in that Bronco, but I was 16 and probably would have had fun in anything. I was just lucky enough to have a 4x4 as my first car.

My first was a 63 Wagoneer 258CI, 3 on the tree and a Myers snow plow. Next came a 67 Bronco 292CI 3spd which I wish I still had. Many have followed since.

First ones I had experience with were while I worked on a tree farm in Alberta (I'm a botanist by training).

1990 1/2 ton Chev with a 350 - it was almost new at the time, had tall skinnies and made all the right noises. It was a stick and it was a lot of fun to drive.

1972 3/4 ton Chev with a 454, hydro dump box and was emerald green. It had questionable exhaust connections...so it was LOUD as heck!!! But really unstoppable. Being a dedicated farm truck, it almost had more mice than it did hp. One time, with some goading, I partially lifted it up with a bobcat 7753 just for fun. We weren't too smart back then. I wonder now if we did any damage to it...

Had a 2000 Legacy GT wagon, a moderately modded 2002 WRX and a 2000 Outback Ltd wagon too - they only kinda count.

Then my 03 KJ. Love it!

1991 Ford Bronco XLT. Handed down from the original owner my grandpa. I wrapped it around a tree a couple years later. Skipping the various hotrods and bikes I have had, my next 4x4 was an 89 Bronco I lifted 9inches and sat on 39.5s. Then came my 94 Isuzu Rodeo with a Toyota Diesel and Chebby 10 bolts front and rear. Then my 78 Bronco which I still have that I'm currently building a motor for, and of course, my 04 Liberty that seems lacking in the 4wd when compared to the big stuff I've had.

The first 4x4 I owned was my white, Zero-Option, 03 F-350 6.0L Diesel Crew Cab. What a hunk of $#!+. It belonged to my Dad until he decided to get a new Chevy last fall. My Buick popped a cylinder just before he bought the new truck, so he offered me the Ford instead of donating it to the local BSA camp. It ran well enough once it was warmed up, but starting cold was completely impossible below about 35*F. If I didn't have it on a block heater, it would run the batteries all the way dead trying to start. Plus, the doors were already rusting, the left-rear rocker was gone, the fender supports were scale rusted, and the only reason the bed was rusted was because we'd replaced it three years ago. We realized donating it to the Scout camp would have been a disservice...

I traded it in on the Liberty, got $4500 for it, and laughed my @$$ off that the sales guy looked he thought he was taking me to the cleaners. I happen to know it sat without starting until the weather warmed up toward the end of March, and that it still hasn't sold. I did tell him it needed to be on a block heater in cold weather. Not my fault they parked it all the way in the back corner, 200' from the nearest outlet.

2000 XJ that I put a 4" lift on with 31s. Love it but I have to say the open difs really suck! I got stuck in spots that the stock liberty will go through. I like the KK much better and would love to see how itll do with rear lockers.

01' XJ that I put a 4 1/2" lift and 32" tires on. Absolutely loved that thing, drove it for years, but then I let my wife trick me into trading it in for a sedan. That only lasted a year before I traded that in for my 09' KK which is my new obsession.
