 Post subject: noise in rear

I been hearing this clunk noise like something is loose when i go over the bumps pot holes and other things on the beautiful roads here in Pennsylvania.

Ideas what it could be?

Its something in the suspention :lol:

You are going to have to get underneath and look for loose and worn out parts.

I had a clunk coming from my rear.
I thightened up the rear shock bolts and the noise went away.

then report back
( bushings and ball joint
If bad replace with MOPAR unit only

Easiest way to find it:

Assuming you got the hitch recall, put the reciever in the hitch, have an assistant bounce up and down on the reciever while you observe the action of the suspension from the underside. It should be clear as day which componants have more slop the. They should.

Like Tom said, it's probably a shock.. I had the same issue.

I do disagree with replacing the boomarang tho, there are three options available to you:

Oem, jeepin by al 4 link and the IRO tri link.
