Moog springs are holding up fine. I am happy I tried it since it only cost $40 and the original springs were sagged. Can't measure the accurate lift height right now because my trailer is connected, but there is no noticeable sag.
On the up side, these moog springs in the rear are enjoyable when off-road or even driving when the interior of the vehicle is loaded because the rear does not feel so stiff and jarring over bump, the springs don't hang or fall out at full flex even with the longer rear shocks and Y-link extension, still holds it weight roughly level and off the bump stops. On the down side, they do feel too soft when pulling the landscaping style trailer which typically ranges ~2000-4000 lbs. (maybe 400lb tongue weight). So, IMO, a nice setup for crawling or commuting, lacking when pulling the trailer over 2000 lbs.
Here are the parts:
-MOOG springs 81041 for the rear (made for a 4-runner).

-Gabriel 58403 LTV - Commercial Series Shock Absorber (made for Dodge Durango or Dakota).

(just have to widen the bottom shock mount on the axle to get them in, top mount fits fine).
