curious what a 2005 Jeep Liberty Diesel with fairly new ARB bullnose bumper, Old Man Emu 1.5" lift kit, muffler delete, extremely clean paint , around (i'll have to double check, battery is out right now) 178,000 KM's (im in canada), new 1000 CA 800 CCA battery would go for on the used market up here in Canada?

keep in mind the valve rockers are most likely broken .........

it is rolling, not running right now. Looking at the cost of parts from the USA and our exchange rate, plus another $5000 or so for repair labour has me thinking i should walk away from this jeep.

I still owe $6400 in payments on the jeep......

basically if someone had a good engine, this truck is good to go.

thoughts on what i sell it for locally in BC Canada? (if i go that route?)

You would probably get a better answer if you posted on viewforum.php?f=5 rather than the general/gasser section of LOST

No clue on pricing in Canadian $s but I can say that you can probably, given current ticket prices, fly geordi from Savannah to Vancouver, depending on where you are in BC, plus pay for his labor for a whole lot less than $5,000 US. This assumes that what you need is a timing job plus new rockers with maybe ARP studs added. You won't get anywhere near $6,400 US or Canadian for a non-running CRD or most any vehicle.
