I haven't heard back on whether or not my treat trail has been confirmed, so I'm debating on what to do. I suppose I could come up for Saturday, regardless, but I was hoping to squeeze everything into one day (ie, half a day for rattler, the other half to ride with my fellow LOSTees). I doubt that I'd have time to come up on 2 separate weekends, as my move-out date is near. Will post again once plans are set in stone. Mike, Al, & Edgar, feel free to call me to talk more on this...

Okay, a minute ago it was Saturday, now it's Sunday? Chuck called me yesterday and it's a no-go with him and Earl. I'm trying to reach Jeff & Matt now, to no avail...

To heck with it, y'all pick a day and I'll be there...

Grant

Grant, Randy (Shorebird) is going Saturday with a couple guys and anyone who wants to join them. I asked if anyone was going Sunday as I could possibly make it but definately can`t do Saturday. If you and Edgar can wheel Sunday (and anyone else is free to join us), maybe I`ll be there. I`ll let you know later when we talk.

Anyone else out there want to go Sunday? Let us know!

Mike

Joe, if you can go, go! Grant just said he`ll go Sunday and I`ll go too. Waiting to hear from Edgar.

Sorry guys. I will update real soon. Send me your numbers PM so I can CALL back.

Hey guys,

Spoke to our boy in Hazleton and he is gonna hook me up ready to go SUNDAY. Post up with meeting place(EXXON at 8:30?) and I'm in like Flynn.

Talon, what's up with PM and your number or better yet just leave me amessage at 212-995-3096(work)

Grant, if you haven't buried the tow hook, can you bring it up? I may want to wheel too or maybe sometime soon as it's piising me off to have OEM skid plates that never get used. BTW, left you a message on phone.

Big E, sorry I missed your call! Looking forward to wheeling with you some more. Unfortunately, I have moved 1/2 of my things down south already, to include spare parts like the new tow hooks. I'll check to see if I have a used one in my action packer, which is very possible. I'll try to hit the park by around 8:30, or the Exxon after 8. See y'all there, PEACE!

Hey Mike,

Call me on George's phone in the evening and maybe we'll see you up earlier if you're staying up tonight.

I'll PM you with the number.

E (get it? A big 'E'!)

I`m going to head out early in the morning. I`m tired from running the event all day and don`t want to drive that long tonight. I`ll meet everyone at the Exxon at 8-8:30.

Grant, try to get there earlier rather than Late if you can. I think the park opens at 8am.

Joe, you going? If anyone else wants to join us, by all means do so! We can do whatever trails we want and if Grant wants to do suicidal, then we can park on the main trail while we all watch him splat. ;)

I`ll call you guys shortly.

Mike

I'm back from Paragon, and all vehicles completed the mission. The Land Rover Defender overheated going up Turtle and so did the other YJ. The degree of difficulty seems to be going up on Turtle. Jeff mentioned that during the June monthly ride and after doing it down and then up I'd have to agree. I still like that trail. We did the Bunny Loop just for drill, then 25, next Ally Oop, down Turtle, Mine Shaft for lunch. Crossed the Spring, (or whats left of it), did a low blue bypass trail, back up Turtle, then to the play area. Willy's YJ lost it's lights on Fri. night so we packed it in a little early.
My first time playing trail guide went real well. I think the monthly ride is a good way to get started, but I like the self guided rides with our own smaller group. I guess we'll see how that goes at Rausch. Have fun Sunday.
