Looks good actually. Kinda like mine. But one thing.

I WOULDN'T weld the mounts to the unibody. I have made a few bumpers in my short lifetime and thats not the way to do it.

But I like it either way.

There is a 3/4 bolt through the welded frame plating and the original frame....

there is so much plating that i doubt anything would happen, but the bolt through was insurance.....

Did You move the windshield washer fluid bottle? From pic looks like it would be visible if not relocated. If you moved it where to? Or changed to another one?

moved it into the engine bay, extended all the electrical lines, cut the throat of the bottle...
re-glued it, what you see is 10lbs in weight holdind down the washer fill neck lid as i cut and shortened it, and still wanted to keep the stock cap

Looks like a tight fit glad you figured out how to do it I wondered where you could put the stock one with such a long neck on it.
Was wondering because after I put 32.3 inch tires on mine once hit a big bump and tire rubbed pump wiring a little and was looking for a way to move it.

Thanks! , pic helped a lot. I was thinking of that area for one from another vehicle hadn't considered cutting neck down

I cut the unibody "horn" off with the plasma cutter. Still waiting on it to fall apart doing 75 down the highway.

Sent from my "smart phone" using Tapatalk, waiting on the "Ban Hammer"
