First, to the moderators, I believe this is not the correct place for the post, but i am not sure where it should go, so I am sorry for that.

So I made my own Bumper









And I have enough left over parts to make another 2. These are all CNC Laser cut to the model. And they come together like a puzzle (I use slots and tabs to fit it all together at the correct angles and distances some tabs require some deburing so it will slide in) The center section will receive a winch and it is made of 1/4 inch thick steel all around. The wings are made of 1/8 steel. And they bolt to the center section. No drilling required, it mounts to the same holes as the tow hooks. I am asking for 250 dollars, plus delivery.
There is one catch. It is not welded. I will be sending you the laser plates (some of them are CNC pressed you won't have to bend them) with instructions and drawings/prints how to assemble it, and no hardware, but all the hardware is either M10 or M8 you can get it all from McMaster carr cheap.
And don't worry it does come with a bracket for the turn signal (which honestly I am pretty darn proud of it and how well it turnout!) And the side marker also mounts to the bumper. I kind of got inspired by Mt. Luvrn bumper, but with my own twist to it.

I will be making Custom roof racks and a rear bumper that will have a Barn door system... in both cases there will be probably enough parts for another 1 or 2, and same deal, you weld.

The roof rack will have a place for the ARB awning to attach, spare full size tire, Hi-Lift, 2 Max Tracs, jerry can holder.

The rear will have a barn door, I intend to put a 20lbs propane tank on it, and a camping stove, and possibly some storage.

I am going to spray mine with LineX (or any other truck bed lining) As far as welding goes, there is a bit of welding to mesh the the plates together. If you have a friend who can weld it won't be hard, due to how the pieces go together.



That one will be the last thing I will make, it will probably be december before it is done. Just FYI but once it is i will do the same thing and post pictures here and offer it.
