I would doubt its the jeep on the ground deal. You have been lifted for a while now right? My torque on the ground noises were more like twanging from the springs and some thudding like the arm was hitting the spring and some squeaking like the spring was rubbing on the rubber pad. Since your ball joint was the only thing replaced you would only have to loosen and tighten the one bolt on the ball joint so it would be easy for you to eliminate that pretty quickly. Also if you have a smartphone try setting it to record and throwing it down on the floor board closest to the noise and see if you can record it.
Also if you go under there to torque the bolt you might as well wit the upper and lower clevis bolts along with the sway bar links.
