I am looking for the part number of the fuel line return "T" fitting.

This is a plastic black "T"- "TEE" fitting that connects to the top of the injector and is held on with a clip. It is part of the fuel return line.

I recall that a member was able to source the same fitting from another company other than Jeep.

It is a Bosch part, maybe try Duramax on Ebay?

You can also get it for about $30 from Autozone or Advance, ask them for the fuel return line from a 2500 series Chevy Duramax diesel. You can buy either the left or right banks, comes with all 4 tees and the spacing is pretty close that you only have a little extra tubing between each tee.

Duramax parts are exactly the same, work perfectly, and cost MUCH less.

There is a slight physical appearance difference, but not in any way that means anything. It is slightly taller and might be more durable... But still, for the cost savings, go with the Duramax part.
