This morning I installed the 1/2" pucks above the rear springs and staked the fender flares back on using the aluminum rivets.

I'm thinking 3/4" would have been perfect, but this is better.

Believe it or not, I can feel a difference when driving it. My seat felt a little more forward biased.

.........and the aluminum rivets on the flares:

Looks good :D :D :D ,just watch your slip yoke on your rear driveshaft though. The more you go up the less material is touching to transfer torgue and may pop your rear driveshaft off when rear drops out fully, but your KJ still looks sweet :D :D :D .

I have Rustys 2" spacers with 245/75r16's and only sit at 15" to your 17"-17.5". How much lift and what size tires are you running?

It's a 2.5" Frankenlift, with 1/2" spacers in the rear. Tires are 31"x10.50"x15".

That worked out nicely Mutt, good work. I'll have to measure mine for comparisons' sake, dont think it'll be anywhere as high though !
By the way, any measuring should be done on a perfectly flat/level (preferably concrete) surface, with 1/2 - 3/4 tank of fuel as that is the average.

It worked out that I had 3/4 of a tank at the time.

The wheel well liner? I took it completely out and painted with undercoating and sound deadener.

Where exactly did you measure on the front skid? That skid curves and angles a lot.

I've got 13" at the leading front skid lip (the highest point, but not the clearance). And I've got 9" at the rear diff, but I'm currently running 40psi on the street for better mpg.

Oh yea, and I'm 17" at the rear pinch weld.
