Old Man Emu (OME) produces a nice lift kit for the XJ. I was looking at that before my 2000 XJ got totaled. Seeing the consistent quality of the OME lift on the Liberty, I wouldn't hesitate to buy that brand for the Cherokee.

I had 3 XJs over the years and best overall ride was the OME
Had a couple of other lifts by different manufactures and none rode as good

lift update
I installed the OME suspension kit.I removed 1 leaf from the rear spring pack.I added the 10 mm isolator that came with the kit in the front coil and removed the factory one.it sets 1" lower in the front than the back,so I'm going to order a 1 3/4" spacer to replace the 10 mm. I want it just a tad higher in the front.
as for the ride quality no regrets.

Are there any aftermarket sites that offer rubicon suspension lift?
