My rig has the 110 outlet on the back of the center console. It is not constant, and when on, it turns off every time the rig is turned off.
If I remember correctly the 08 KK was the only year they offered the 110 outlet. If you look at the rear of your center console and you do not have a 2 prong 110 plug, then your rig did not come with it.
There are almost no constant B+ in the KK. The few that are there, are monitored by the TIPM for draw. Any over draw and the TIPM will kill power to it.
The Cig lighter is one that can be constant, if the fuse is in the TIPM the right way.
But it will not handle a lot of draw without popping the fuse.
Not knowing what your plans are, or how much draw you need...
IMO you should run a new fused wire from the battery, into the rig using the rubber clutch grommet in the fire wall. It is above and outboard of the brake pedal.
(I have a clutch in my rig, so I used the OEM wire bundle grommet, but the concept would be the same for the clutch grommet.)
For my accessories, I used a piece of sharpened metal coat hanger to poke thru the grommet with the wire taped to the end.
Once the wire is all the way in, pull it forward into the engine bay just a little. The grommet will seal around the wire with a little pucker facing the engine bay => sealing the wire.
If you poke it thru at a slight front(engine bay) to rear upward angle, any moisture that gets on the wire will run forward out of the rig, not into it.
I used no sealant, with no leaks in 10 years doing it that way.
Use caution when pulling the wire thru the grommet, pull it slowly, so you don't dislodge the grommet. It is a royal pain to get back in.
